Mumble Mage – End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs your use of the video game Mumble Mage. The Game is developed and published by Andreas Nitsche, trading as ANNIT Games.

License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold.

Permitted use

You may publish and monetize screenshots, gameplay videos, reviews, livestreams and similar content featuring the Game.

Restrictions

• Do not redistribute, sell, rent or commercially distribute copies of the Game.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game except where applicable law permits it.
• Do not remove proprietary notices or extract and redistribute game assets without permission.

Rights and third parties

Mumble Mage and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party software, technologies and assets remain subject to their respective license terms. Unreal Engine and related technologies are provided by Epic Games, Inc.

Liability

The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in this agreement limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
